We are a modular home dealer and site (stick) home builder, too. While modular home building occupies the majority of our new home construction efforts, we build plenty of site built projects for customers each year.

We work with new home customers to develop the plans for your new custom home. Your new home is then built off-site at the factory to your specifications, delivered to your building site, and then finished  on site by us, your modular home builder.

Building custom modular homes for our new home customers represents the lion’s share of our business. Modular homes continue to increase in popularity due to the predictable high quality, energy efficiency, and precision with which they are built.

Modular new home construction projects begin with designing your home. We assist you in planning your home’s layout (see some modular floor plan examples here) and customization to meet your goals. We work directly with the manufacturer to ensure that your design preferences are properly met. Our modular homes are built by two leading modular homes manufacturers, Dynamic Homes and Wisconsin Homes.

We build our modern modular homes on the customer’s building site, following delivery from the manufacturer. During the building process, our commitment to quality continues, where we utilize the precision of the modular home design and manufacturing process to build out your home to become the energy efficient and quality construction that modular homes bring to new homeowners.
