Jeff Stier
Owner & General Manager
With 43 years of experience in the housing industry, Jeff will guide you through the building process from start to finish. As a custom home builder in two states, he holds both Wisconsin and Minnesota contractors licenses and keeps current on all applicable building code regulations. Jeff carries out many tasks including owner/general management, service coordination, and project coordination. When Jeff is not busy providing top customer service, he loves to spend time with his family and grandchildren. Jeff also has his son, Jeff Jr, in the office along with his grandson, Derek, with 2 other grandson’s working in the field to help finish the project, Dalton and Dominic. He would not have it any other way.
Jeff Stier, Jr.
Sales Supervisor
Jr joined the Centerville Homes team in 2013. With a construction supply background, he has been learning the ins and outs of the Modular Home Industry. Jr does a little of everything at Centerville Homes, mostly focusing on Sales. He will be the one to do the pre-excavation site visits, you will see him at all the house sets (helping where he can), post-set site visits, and submit service requests if needed. Jr’s previous management experience comes from working for two of the largest construction supply companies in the Midwest allowing for some basic knowledge needed to make the building process easier. Trying to keep up with the constantly changing codes, technology and economy is difficult but he works with vendors, contractors, inspectors, and the homeowners to make sure your home is completed to the highest of standards. In his spare time, Jr enjoys spending time with his wife, family, dog Bryzza, and coaching summer baseball.
Derek Stier
Sales
Derek adds additional support to our field crew and office staff. Derek has been working with his Grandpa (Jeff Stier) here at Centerville Homes since he was 14 years old. In the fall of 2016 he will be attending a Tech College for Construction. Derek enjoys working on cars, (putting in full back seat speakers) for his music, and hanging with family and friends.
